Before the WWE dominated professional wrestling Pittsburgh had l"Studio Wrestling" every Saturday evening as a mainstay. The show was broadcast live from channel 11's studios and was hosted by Billy Cardille. Studio Wresting was one of the most watched programs on local tv and home to some of the biggest names in business - including Pittsburgh icon and world heavyweight champion, Bruno Sammartino.
