What is the latest date I can place my order to receive it in time for Christmas?
The elves at our fulfillment center are working around the clock to get orders printed and shipped. While we cannot guarantee delivery before the holiday due to possible shipping carrier delays. Here is a quick guide on how quickly our fulfillment team should have your orders ready for shipment:
Tees, hoodies, long sleeves: 3-4 days
Mugs: 5-6 days
Socks, blankets: 5-6 days
Home decor, doormats, canvas art: 7-10 days
We are monitoring the shipping situation with our carrier partners closely and will try to alert you to any significant delays.
My order has shipped but tracking information is still unavailable on the carrier's site. How can I find out where it is?
Some shipping carriers locations are currently experiencing delivery delays due to increased mail volume. It can generally take up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to be updated on the shipping carrier’s website. If it has been more than a week and you are still having trouble tracking your package, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Yinzylvania offering expedited shipping?
For some t-shirt orders, our team may be able to arrange expedited shipping/ fulfillment. Please email us at email@example.com or test 814-647-1250 with your request prior to purchase and we will respond as quickly as possible with additional info.
I reached out to your customer service team but haven’t heard back. When can I expect a response?
At Yinzylvania, Customer Service is our middle name... well not legally but in spirit.
Although we might not be answering emails or messages as quickly as usual due to the increase in requests, we will get back to yinz - we pinky promise. We appreciate your patience.
Will all of the items I ordered arrive together?
We can not guarantee that your order will arrive in one shipment. We try to expedite the order as quickly as possible and sometimes that means breaking them up into multiple shipments. However yinz should receive a tracking code for each portion of your order. If something is missing please reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will help track it down.
An item I want is out of stock. Will you restock it?
Due to increased demand, we can not guarantee that out-of-stock items will be restocked in the holiday season.
I received the wrong size/ wrong item, something arrived damaged or broken, or something was missing from my order. What now?
If yinz received an incorrect order, reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com and we will get that fixed for you ASAP.
