Yinzylvania is a family owned and operated apparel retailer and brand specializing in designs that celebrate the people, places, and traditions of Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania.
Yinzylvania was started out of love and nostalgia of growing up in Western Pennsylvania during the 70s, 80s and 90s. It's a love that I share daily with my four children. They are well versed in Pittsburgh sports history, they understand why Sheetz is better than Wawa, and know the difference between a sprinkle and a jimmy. We listen to polka music every Sunday morning (just like I did as a kid on WNCC-AM radio) and "Pittsburgh Salads" are in regular rotation at our family meals. They've experienced Potato Patch fries at Kennywood, ice cream from Penn State's Creamery and of course Primanti Brother's sandwiches.
All of the designs at Yinzylvania are original and we print only on high quality, buttery soft tees and apparel. So whether you grew up in Altoona, Pittsburgh, Punxsutawney or someplace in between or your shopping for someone who did I hope you enjoy our designs and gear. Some of our designs include recreations and inspiration of local brands and businesses from the past. Each design is researched to insure there are no active trademarks or copyrights from the USPTO.
