For decades, Joe DeNardo was the most trusted forecast in Western Pennsylvania. If Joe said a white Christmas was coming, you got the shovel out of the garage. "Joe Said It Would" became part of how Pittsburgh talks.

His biggest legacy wasn't a forecast, though. In 1986, Joe helped create project Bundle-Up. It gives brand-new winter coats, hats, gloves and boots to kids and seniors in need across Western PA, and it's still going 40 years later. This ugly Christmas sweater tee honors both: the weatherman we trusted and the warmth he left behind.

Where does the money go?
