For decades, Joe DeNardo was the most trusted forecast in Western Pennsylvania. If Joe said it would snow, you dug out the boots, and "Joe Said It Would" became part of how Pittsburgh talks.

His biggest legacy wasn't a forecast. In 1986, Joe helped create WTAE-TV's project Bundle-Up, and 40 years later it's still keeping kids and seniors across Western PA warm every winter.
